FSF also offer Container Haulage services in Port Klang to better serve our customers. With in-house services, the service level will be more consistent and transparent. The customer does not have to contact the various parties in the Supply Chain in-order to manage their shipments; they only need to contact FSF. This 1 Point Contact reduces communication cost and provides better visibility.
Our fleet comprises of both trailers and side-loaders so we are able to serve warehouses with or without loading bays. Our side-loaders also provide services beyond the Klang Valley.
The fleet is equipped with GPS Tracking System and the operations are tracked and monitored through our Haulage Management System (HMS). Customers are provided with User's ID and Password to monitor and track their movement on Real Time basis. The submission of Request of Transport and Ready for Collection Advice can also be done by the customers electronically through our HMS. This will reduce the communication cost for the customers and also speed up the processes with 100% accuracy.
We have offices and depot facilities at both Northport and Westport to cater for the volumes handled through the respective ports. This will reduce the time taken to serve our customers thus ensuring timely services. The depot facilities are also being used to transit both empty and laden containers.
